Once your ordered items are ready for collection, you will receive an SMS notification confirming availability along with a collection code (PIN code). When arriving at the store to collect your order, you or your authorized representative must provide the store staff with the order number and the collection code (PIN code).

As soon as your package is delivered to an Omniva parcel machine, you will receive a notification on the mobile phone number provided during checkout. You will be able to collect your package within 7 days after receiving the notification.

Omniva courier delivery throughout Latvia. Items will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. The courier will contact you no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
